ENGAGE WITH CULTURE
The Community Cultural Equity Plan is Culver City's first integrated long-range strategy for the arts, culture, and creative economy. It will set the direction for cultural investment, programming, and public art commissioning for the next ten years. A Public Art Master Plan component will be fully integrated into the broader plan.
The plan is being developed in 2026 and 2027 with extensive community input. It will be presented to the Cultural Affairs Commission and adopted by the Culver City City Council.
The plan led by the Cultural Affairs Division within the Office of Economic and Cultural Development. CVL Economics and MIG were selected through a competitive RFP process to develop the plan in partnership with City staff, the Cultural Affairs Commission, and the community.
